National Council for Productive Education & Research (NCPER), Aligarh organized a Webinar on “How to build a Smart Presentation for Investor, customers and Employees on 12/6/2020. This webinar received a Green carpet response from the participants. In this webinar participants were from America, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, and different states of our country like Assam, Telangana, Meghalaya, Uttakhand, Bihar, Bengal, U.P, Haryana, Delhi, etc. The said webinar started at 10:30 morning with introductory remark of Syed Moazzam Ali, Director of NCPER, Aligarh. Later he invited Dr. Mohammad Wasi Baig, Chairman of NCPER for his keynote session. Firstly Dr. Baig , highlights the importance of smart presentation in present scenario, because of COVID-19, competitions among businessmen rise day by day. Only smart businessmen, investors, and employee will survive. He explained burning issues of current scenario related to business like importance of marketing communication, marketing strategies, importance of blogging, how to make a sales proposal, importance of pitch desk, promotion through event & exhibition, proposal through info graphics, promotion through FB lives with different case studie. He also highlights the importance of employee for organization, later he explain with different example of retaining of employees is very much necessary. He also explained the how companies make their policies and what factors companies need to keep in mind when forming companies policies, their mission, vision, objective, bonus, promotion last but not the least he explained importance of Jingle, theme song, audio logo, etc. Dr. Baig concludes his session by sharing importance of powerful presentation in present scenario. In this webinar total 163 participated with zeal & enthusiasm. At last Syed Moazzam Ali, conveyed special thank to Dr. Baig for his precious time he has given to this Webinar and said that, next week, NCPER, Aligarh is organizing one week Faculty Development Program in collaboration of well known university of India & Abroad
