Guru Purnima is also known as Vyasa Purnima marks the birthday of Ved Vyasa. It is a tradition dedicated to all the spiritual and academic Gurus, who are evolved or enlightened humans in every field. Being teacher is a pride for us. The Primary, secondary and higher secondary plays a vital role for building a educational structure of any country, hence in this regard ,here I am sharing some teacher’s role of primary, secondary and higher secondary education in present scenario. All mainstream class teachers should implement teaching approaches and methodologies that facilitate the meaningful inclusion of pupils with special educational needs. Every pupil needs to be taught a broad and balanced curriculum that is appropriate to his/her developmental level. Pupils’ levels of interest, attention, concentration and persistence should be gradually developed, extended and rewarded, using appropriate teaching strategies. If we are talking about role and responsibilities of secondary and senior secondary school teacher than, these teacher should Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students for whom they are responsible. Teacher should also clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students. Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Because your correct observation will make your students future Engineer, Doctor, Teacher, lawyer, Scientist etc. Teacher should also plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate. Teachers should meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs. Whenever our ward feel uncomfortable in any subject teacher should prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help. I hope if teachers keeps above mentioned point in their mind then definitely we will give our best to our society and country. Although on this particular day, I would like to convey my sincere thanks and gratitude to all my primary, secondary, senior secondary, higher education teachers for their contribution. Without the guidance, support and blessings of my beloved teachers I am nothing.
